OUR MATERIALS

BioGraph can offer a wide range of high quality 2D materials obtained using green sustainable processes. All the synthesis methods we use are based on the principles of sustainable chemistry. Other hybrid materials can also be prepared on request.

All our 2D nanomaterials are prepared by exfoliation of its original bulk material in a planetary mill using biocompatible exfoliating agents, in the absence of solvents and mineral acidsAs before, our work-up procedure guarantees the removal of any remaining exfoliating agent.

We have developed a new methodology where it is possible to obtain exfoliated nanomaterials including graphene, boron nitride, and TMDC (WS2 and MoS2), decorated with different metallic nanoparticles.

All batches of our products are characterised by Raman spectroscopyHRTEM (High Resolution Transmission Electron Microscopy), TGA (Thermogravimetric Analysis), TXRF (Total X-ray fluorescence), XPS (X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy), Elemental Analysis, and Sheet Resistance. Each sample supplied will be accompanied by the characterisation data and spectra.

All products are supplied in powder form and can be easily dispersed in water and other media. Our products are stable at room temperature and refrigeration is not required during storage.
